When people manage to understand what seemed impossible to them and are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Their looks of satisfaction make me very happy, because I know that I have been able to share my knowledge, which is not easy at all, as understanding something and having extensive knowledge about it can be straightward, but actually being able to explain it in a way that is easily understood can be a feat.

I can create a safe work environment, free from harassment and violence, which tend to lead to psychosomatic illnesses that, due to depression, anxiety or stress, end up causing physical symptoms in workers. These toxic environments result from intimidating, offensive and toxic behaviors, which do not benefit companies or employees, causing very high absenteeism.
